Where are all the sets located?

Wishes with Santa and Baking with Santa are located on the 1st level in the Patterson Farmhouse.

A Night Before Christmas and Winter Wonderland is located on the 2nd level in the Patterson Farmhouse and is not wheelchair accessible. 

The Historic Barn and Rustic Truck are located outside by the barns of the Patterson Farm! No need to worry! We will have plenty of space to move sets to covered barns or tents if the weather is not on our side. 

What should I expect?

Holiday photos on the Farm. Sessions are 10 minutes each (plenty of time for individual and family photos). Crafts, games, live music, and much more! 

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early.  You should check in when you arrive at the front desk in the Patterson Farm House!

Plenty of signage and our volunteers will provide safe and simple guidance.

10-minute sessions?

With so much holiday fun and magic happening, there is no problem with time. Our team will deliver to each client 5 edited images from the many taken . Of course, photographers aim for smiles, but the most fantastic capture is the happiness and magic the children experience in those moments.  

What are your health & safety guidelines?

Through out the pandemic AOY has monitored the health status and will continue to go above and beyond the state-mandated guidelines regarding health and safety.

Bring Your Own Props this year!

As we keep everyone safe and comfortable, We would love for you to bring your own fluffies, books, or personal items to make these photos more personal for your family. 

Are pets allowed at AOY Holiday Photos on the Farm?

NO PETS are allowed at this event. 

Can I bring extended families for sessions?

Due to the time restrictions,  AOY Holiday Photos on the Farm, extended and combined sessions can only be honored if you book multiple back-to-back sessions.  Large groups of SIX OR MORE please contact us at support-photos@aoyarts.org to confirm the number of sessions you should book.

Are some of the sets designed to fit adults?

Yes, all the sets can accommodate adults. We understand that you want to be in on the holiday fun! 

Will there be somewhere to change?

There is a bathroom upstairs or a tent outside for the families to change. 

What Time is my session?  How can I change my session?

All confirmation and cancellation information can be found on the email confirmation that you received when booking.

Parking?

Plenty of parking will be available for this Event.

We have signage and several volunteers will provide safe and simple guidance all day!

Please drive slowly in the parking areas.

What’s the cost?

Sessions: Winter Wonderland, A Night Before Christmas, Wishes with Santa, Rustic Holiday Farm, and Vintage Truck. -  $175.

Baking with Santa-  $250

Non- refundable deposit of $100.00 due at booking.  You may request to transfer the session/date/time to a different session/date/time of the event days based on the availability of sessions. Please email us at support-photos@aoyarts.org at any time! 

What’s included?

 10 minutes in front of the camera on a beautifully designed set. Five edited digital images from the many taken. (If you would like to purchase more edited images for $5 each, please email us at (support-photos@aoyarts.org ) anytime after you receive the five images)

How can I pay?

Pay with credit card on our secured website. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the rest of the session fee. This is due by October 15th.

When will I receive the gallery?

AOY delivers thoroughly editing, color corrected, vibrant, high-resolution works of art.  You will receive your images ten business days FROM YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION DATE…plenty of time before Christmas!

What if my child cries for Santa?

Session deposit fees are non-refundable.  Crying kids are sometimes a part of the Santa experience…and trust us, your family will laugh at it later!  If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any part of your day, please reach out to us after the event at support-photos@aoyarts.org

I have an outdoor session scheduled; what if it’s raining or snowing?

We have plenty of space to move sets around if weather impacts our event dates. We will have coverage but bring your umbrella to get from set to set. Dress the kids appropriately for the weather if you are worried about the cold affecting their smiles!!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PHOTO RELEASE AND PRINT RELEASE?  

Photo Release (optional) gives the AOY permission to use the images from the event for advertising. No personal information will be shared. 

Print Release (not optional) gives you, the client, rights to print images from your edited shots.
