Vault Brewing partners with AOY for a label contest for a limited edition of “Of Hops and Clouds”
PROSPECTUS:
Design Period: Now through Oct 18
Drop Off: Oct 18 from 12-2 pm and Oct 19 from 10am-12 pm
Announcement of Selected Winner: TBD
Additional Dates: Artists Reception to be held Nov 12 @ 6PM in The Vault Private Party Room
Please read this Prospectus carefully! Entries submitted without adherence to all guidelines will not be considered.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to all artists 21 and over who are members of AOY Art Center. New members are welcome.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Artist to sign artist copyright release upon delivery of artwork.
2. Label size: 8.0625” (8 1/16”) wide x 5 inches high
3. Art rendering quality must be at least 300 DPI
4. Artists may work within the template dimensions but are not required to.
5. The Vault reserves the right to use all of or choose a portion of the art submitted for the label design.
6. Artwork will be formatted, transposed, and edited into a digital format for label application.
7. Artwork must be the artist’s own original design and concept.
8. Artwork will be considered in all media except video, jewelry, or crafts.
9. Each artist may enter one piece for consideration.
SUBMISSION FEES
AOYMembers only. No other submission fees.
LICENSING
The selected artist must agree to signing an Artist’s Copyright Release at drop off.
MEDIA/PUBLIC RELATIONS RELEASE
AOY and The Vault reserves the right to use any images of submitted artwork for promotion and publicity.
LIABILITY
AOY Art Center and The Vault will do its utmost to protect artwork in its possession, but neither organization is responsible for any damage or loss to the artwork.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
In person delivery of artwork only. Drop off is June 16 from 4-6 pm and June 17 from 12-2 pm All work is to be delivered to the AOY Art Center, 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA. Contact information must be on the back of all pieces. All artists should submit a bio and/or artist statement (not more than 2 pages) at the time of drop off.

Artists of Yardley was established in 2004 as an arts organization based in the Yardley area. Now known as AOY Art Center, the organization has evolved with more than 270 artists in a full spectrum of disciplines. The AOY Art Center, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), is dedicated to nurturing the creative spirit of the community by educating and encouraging individuals to experience, appreciate and share in the arts.
