This is a basic course to the introduction of digital photography, as well as touching on the history stemming from film photography. Taught by award-winning film photographer, Emilina Filippo, you will be immersed with knowledge on camera settings, color & composition, lighting, creativity, and how to share your images with an audience.
You will be learning how to perfect portraits, self-portraits, landscapes and more in a close knit environment. You will be shown how to shoot, process, edit, and share your images on platforms like Instagram, 500px, Reddit etc.
Required: Digital Camera (DSLR Camera: Canon, Nikon, Leica etc.)Suggested but not required: Adobe Programs (Lightroom), Laptop/ iPad, cell phone *Shooting outdoors, may possibly drive to location for photographing*
