AOY Art Center Terms and Conditions of Registration

Early registration is recommended for all classes and workshops. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

All classes and workshops have both a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a minimum number of students are not enrolled in a particular class one week prior to the start of a session, AOY reserves the right to cancel that class and will issue a 100% refund.

Class and Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy

 AOY policy regarding changes to registration status by students:

Amount of Refund

More than 14 days PRIOR to start of class or workshop

100% (minus any online transaction fees)

Between 14 days and the first day of class or workshop

90% (minus any online transaction fees)

After start of session or workshop

No Refunds or Credit

Student refuses to comply with AOY Policies, including Covid Policies, during class or workshop and/or student demonstrates disruptive and unacceptable behavior.

No Refunds or Credit


Please note: If a student develops a Covid infection less than 5 days before a class AOY Art Center must be notified immediately at the email below. Determination of the amount credited to the student’s account will be up to the discretion of the Education Director.

All notifications of withdrawal should be addressed to admin@aoyarts.org.
