AOY Art Center Terms and Conditions of Registration Early registration is recommended for all classes and workshops. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. All classes and workshops have both a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a minimum number of students are not enrolled in a particular class one week prior to the start of a session, AOY reserves the right to cancel that class and will issue a 100% refund. Publicity Policy The (AOY Art) Center reserves the right to use photos taken during all classes and programs for publicity purposes. Registration in a class or attendance at an event gives the Art Center permission to use images without further consent or compensation. Please note: If a student develops a Covid infection less than 5 days before a class AOY Art Center must be notified immediately at the email below. Determination of the amount credited to the student’s account will be up to the discretion of the Education Director. All notifications of withdrawal should be addressed to admin@aoyarts.org.
