2024 Summer Camp Terms and Conditions of Registration

The (AOY Art) Center reserves the right to use photos taken during summer camp for publicity purposes. Registration in a camp gives the Art Center permission to use images without further consent or compensation.

The Center reserves the right to expel any camper demonstrating disruptive and/or unacceptable behavior. Assessment of unacceptable or disruptive behavior shall be determined by the Camp Director and that decision is final. No refund or credit will be issued in the case of an expulsion.

Early registration is recommended for all summer camps. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

All camps have both a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a minimum number of campers are not enrolled one week prior to the start of each camp, AOY reserves the right to cancel the camp and will issue a 100% refund.

Please note: If a camper develops a Covid infection less than 5 days before or during camp, the Camp Director must be notified immediately at the email below.

All notifications of withdrawal should be addressed to Camp Director, Kris Roba, at camp@aoyarts.org
