AOY Art Center is pleased to host the Garden State Watercolor Society for a special juried exhibition that focuses on all aspects of travel: The journey through life; a journey around the world, or a journey into the future, from Friday October 4 - Sunday, November 3, 2019.  An Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony that is open to the public  will be held on Friday, October 4 from 5:30-7:30. The exhibition (gallery hours) is open to the public Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct 5-Nov 3from 1:00-4:00 at AOY Art Center, 949 Mirror Lake Road (just off Rt 295 at the Newtown/Yardley interchange) and is hosted by participating artists.

The Garden State Watercolor Society (GSWS) will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2020. Over its existence, GSWS has been a beacon, providing a community that has inspired hundreds of artists throughout the NJ and surrounding states. The theme, “On the Road to Fifty” invited artists to submit original artwork that expresses or reflects travel. $5,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded.
