Watercolor Painting is a special world where the Less color you use, the More Vibrant the color appears! Learning the "Tricks of the Trade" make this paint for a fun adventure for the artist to explore for Years to come! Campers will spend time learning many useful techniques for a variety of effects in small watercolor sketches while planning at least three larger works to be completed over the course of the week-long experience. They will look at Still Life, Animal, Landscape, and Human and House Portrait Images and decide which designs we want to develop! Some of the special techniques involve the use of salt, masking, scratching and layering. Come learn from the teaching artist's many years of watercolor painting experience! All material fees are included.
