 Explore the world of Hand-Crafted Artistry! Learn to carve designs into a wood surface and use stains or paints to enhance the imagery. Use your carved wood as the lid of a box that you construct using a mini drill and pegs. Sand, smooth and paint or stain the box to match the lid! Learn to use the softest leather types to make a useful object such as a wallet or pouch. Design the object, cut the leather, punch holes, sew seams and set snaps! Create a key chain or other object using hard leather and stamping a design into the surface with tools and a hammer!
Learn to create a design for a simple "Folk Art" stencil, then use it to decorate a canvas mat in the manner of many floor mats of the past. All material fees are included.
